  • Fixed a bug with the status page launched in the previous release (http://status.synovia.com) that would lose an entered account number when the page refreshed.


Silverlining


  • Fixed a bug with the Broadcast Message feature that wouldn't allow an expiration date to be specified if Always Show was selected.
  • Fixed an issue that was showing the location name twice as vehicles' positions on the map screens.


Comparative Analysis - Silverlining


  • Made it possible for Versatrans customers to change their itinerary names globally if they begin with a letter and number and want to drop those.

  • For scheduling reports, added a Scheduled Alert option to the Scheduling Type drop-down list of the Add Schedule dialog box, which will send a report only if there is data to be shown. (With the other Scheduling Type option, Scheduled Reporting Item, the report is always sent, whether or not it has any results.)
  • For customers with engine diagnostics (ED), added a new menu group, Engine Diagnostics, with the options OBDII - Light Duty and J1708/1939 -Heavy Duty, which provide the available ED information listed by vehicle number. OBDII - Light Duty offers options to display all the basic data, indicators, and emissions.
  • Made a change to our ALK configuration that will give us the most current available map data.
  • On the Fleet Tracking screen, added the ability to remove a location pin (created after using Find Location) – a right-click Clear Location option.
  • Added the password requirements to the User Settings screen.
  • Fixed an issue that was showing the location name twice as vehicles' positions on the map screens.
  • Fixed UI bugs on several screens as a result of the April site redesign, including button, scroll bar, and filter placement issues.
  • For Firefox users, fixed a bug that returned an error when a user clicked the Password field in the User Settings dialog box.
  • Re-created a feature that was lost in the April site redesign, the list of users assigned to a role on the Edit Role screen.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing locations from being renamed.
  • For customers with MDTs, disabled the Publish button on the Inspection Setup screen for templates and groups that have no items.
  • For customers with MDTs and Navigation, made the processing of routes more accurate on the Navigation screen.
  • For consortium customers, fixed a bug on the Reports screen that would return an error if the user changed customer accounts.
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing the Recipients list from loading when scheduling reports.

Comparative Analysis - Synovia


  • For customers with Student Ridership and Comparative Analysis, added a new menu group, Ridership, with the options Rider History and Ridership Monitor. The Rider History screen, also accessible from a quick search for a student name, displays a student's history of ridership on a map for the date range the user enters. The Ridership Monitor allows users to watch passengers live (via their current vehicle) and has options to display only vehicles that currently have riders, highlight in red riders who attempted to get on the wrong vehicle, and highlight in yellow riders who attempted to get on at the wrong stop.
  • For customers with Student Ridership and Comparative Analysis, added Ridership data to the PvA by Stop screen, which will display which students are scheduled to board at each stop, Student Count columns on both the Planned and Actual sides of the grid, and Scan Time and Scan Address columns in Stop Details.
  • For customers with Student Ridership and Comparative Analysis, on the Fleet Tracking screen, added an option when a user right-click's a vehicle name, Students Onboard, which will list the riders who are currently on that vehicle alphabetically. The dialog box also includes a button to export the students' properties to Excel.
  • For customers with Student Ridership and Comparative Analysis, added Ridership reports, including Ridership History, Ridership Load Summary by Vehicle, Ridership Summary by Fleet, Ridership Summary by Vehicle, Ridership Daily Summary by Vehicle, Ridership Daily Detail by Vehicle, and Scan History Detail.
  • Added an option to the HCTB Settings screen that will enable customers to define the maximum size they will allow their HCTB parents to set their notification radius (one, two, or three miles).
  • Fixed a bug on the Itinerary Mapping tab of the Mapping screen with the Show Unassigned Only button.
  • Fixed a bug on the Itinerary Mapping tab of the Mapping screen that wasn't allowing users to assign a vehicle to an itinerary after its previously assigned vehicle was reassigned to another itinerary.
  • In the Route Monitor, fixed an issue that returned an error when users selected Connect the Points.
  • In the School Monitor, fixed a bug that was preventing schools assigned to a category other than All Schools from being removed from the summary grid.
  • On the PvA by Stop screen, removed the fill when displaying a stop radius so that overlapping ones didn't obscure the map.
  • Fixed an issue that was slowing the load time of the PvA by Stop screen.

Time and Attendance


  • For Generic and Fulton exports, added functionality for creating a separate export file for field trips: First, added an Export Field Trips check box to the Export Time Settings tab, which will add three new tabs to the Export Time screen – Export Field Trips, Field Trip Mappings, and Field Trip Scheduling – and changed the names of the Field Mappings tab to "Export Mapping" and the Field Mapping Settings tab to "Export Mapping Settings." Export Field Trips is like the Export tab but with an Export Field Trip Records button. Field Trip Mappings will enable users to define the necessary fields for a field trip, such as TripID. Field Trip Scheduling will enable users to define the employees and schedule.
  • For Generic exports, added the Route ID field as a Mappings option.
  • On the Export Time screen's Settings tab, updated the name of the payroll provider ISIS to its new name, LINQ, in the Payroll Provider drop-down list.
  • Changed mapped fields to be removed when the export type is changed.
  • On the Export Time screen's Export and Scheduling tabs, changed the Unassigned department to be deselected by default (in the employee tree).
  • On the Export Time screen's Scheduling tab, fixed issues with the employee tree and saving employee/department selections.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing duplicate shifts.
  • Fixed an issue that was allowing a second employee type to be added for an employee if the same start date was selected.
  • Fixed a bug that was showing zero for the Guaranteed Hours by Day export instead of the job code for Absences/Holidays on weekends.

Here Comes the Bus


  • Changed the form to contact Customer Support to allow parents to submit their request for help even if they don't enter their school code (in case they don't know it).
  • Added the date and time a substitution was made to the data that is sent when an account holder clicks the link to email Support (if a substitution is applicable).

  • Resolved a parsing error with v144 1939 battery voltage.

  • Fixed an issue with JPOD2 fault codes being returned.
