If your organization uses a fuel type that isn't included as one of Synovia's default types, you can add a new fuel to the Fuel Types list and set its cost per unit, by following these steps:

1. Click  >> Fuel Types.
    
   The Fuel Types screen will appear.
      
2. Click  at the top right of the screen.
    
   The Add New Fuel Type screen will appear.
       
3. Type the name of the new fuel in the Name field.
     
4. Select the 0 in the Cost per Unit field and type what the fuel costs you per gallon or liter.
     
5. Click  at the top right of the screen.
