Before you edit your fuel types, you need to determine how much the various types of fuel your organization uses cost per gallon (or liter). Then you can modify the fuel types, including setting the cost per unit, by following these steps:

1. Click  >> Fuel Types.
    
   The Fuel Types screen will appear.
      
2. Click  in the row of the type of fuel you need to change.
    
   The Edit Fuel Type screen will appear.
    
         
3. If necessary, you can select the name of the fuel type and type a new name.
     
4. To change the cost per gallon/liter, select the number in the Cost per Unit field and type the new one.
    
5. Click  at the top right of the screen.
