If you've just created a yard as a location, you'll need to assign all the vehicles to it. Or if you have added several vehicles to your fleet, you can add them all from the Locations screen. To do so, follow these steps:

Note: You can also use these steps to assign a single vehicle to a yard, or you can do that from the Vehicles screen, as shown in Assigning a Vehicle to a Yard.

  1. Click  >> Locations.
     
  2. On the Locations screen, click  on the left in the yard's row.
     
  3. On the Edit Location screen, click the Vehicles tab.
     
    All the vehicles in your fleet that aren't assigned to the yard will appear on the right, in the Out of Yard box.
       
  4. Click the check boxes for all the vehicles in the Out of Yard list you want to add to the yard.
     
  5. Click .
     
    The selected vehicles will appear in the In Yard list on the left.
    Note: To remove vehicles from the yard, click the check boxes for the vehicles in the In Yard list and click .
  6. Click  at the top right of the screen.
