Note: If any users are assigned to the role, their names will appear in the Users section.
By default, the Synovia screen privileges are displayed first. The Name column lists all the screens you can access in Synovia.

  5. To remove a View or Edit privilege, click to deselect its selector.

If you have purchased the Time and Attendance (TAA) module, the next tab will be TAA Screens. If you don't have TAA, skip down to step 8.

  6. To reassign the role's TAA screen rights, click TAA Screens.

  7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the TAA screen View and Edit rights you want to update for the role.

If you have the TAA module, the next tab will be TAA Reports. If you don't have TAA, skip down to step 13.

  11. To reassign what TAA reports the role is allowed to use, click the TAA Reports tab.

  12. Repeat steps 9 and 10 for the TAA report rights you want to modify for the role.
