If you have forgotten your CalAmp K-12 password and need to reset it, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://login.synovia.com.
- Click Forgot Password?.
The password-reset screen will appear.
- Type in your email address and account number.
- Click Reset.
You will be sent an email with a password-reset link.
Note: If you don’t receive that email, check your junk mail folder. If the email isn't there, you should contact CalAmp Support at 1-877-796-6842, as your organization might be blocking mail from our domain.
Caution: The reset link is good for only 15 minutes, so don't wait to use it! - Click Reset Password in the email.
You'll be directed to the password-reset screen (if you don't have pop-ups blocked; if you do, you'll need to unblock them for our site).
- Type the password you'd like to use in the Password field.
Note: You can clickto have CalAmp K-12 show you the password characters as you type. (You can click
to hide the text again.)
- Retype it in the Confirm Password field.
- Click Confirm Password.
The message "Your password has been reset" will appear at the top right of the screen, and you'll be redirected to https://login.synovia.com.
- To log in, enter your username (your email address), your account number, and the new password you just added. (The first two of these may be filled in for you.)
- Click Sign In.
