If you have forgotten your CalAmp K-12 password and need to reset it, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to https://login.synovia.com.
      
  2. Click Forgot Password?.
     
    The password-reset screen will appear.
      
  3. Type in your email address and account number.
     
  4. Click Reset.
     
    You will be sent an email with a password-reset link.


    Note: If you don’t receive that email, check your junk mail folder. If the email isn't there, you should contact CalAmp Support at 1-877-796-6842, as your organization might be blocking mail from our domain.
    Caution: The reset link is good for only 15 minutes, so don't wait to use it!
  5. Click Reset Password in the email.
     
    You'll be directed to the password-reset screen (if you don't have pop-ups blocked; if you do, you'll need to unblock them for our site).
      
  6. Type the password you'd like to use in the Password field.
    Note: You can click to have CalAmp K-12 show you the password characters as you type. (You can click  to hide the text again.)
  7. Retype it in the Confirm Password field.
     
  8. Click Confirm Password.
     
    The message "Your password has been reset" will appear at the top right of the screen, and you'll be redirected to https://login.synovia.com.
      
  9. To log in, enter your username (your email address), your account number, and the new password you just added. (The first two of these may be filled in for you.)
     
  10. Click Sign In.
